Many clients have asked what they can do to speed up their fat loss. Here are a few things to get started:
1. Drink 10 to 20 ounces of water first thing in the morning.
2. Take 2 servings of psylium (metameusel) in the morning and again before bed every day.
3. Start your day with a green smoothie. I will post videos later to show how to make this.
4. Squeeze lemon in your water and add stevia or monk fruit for sweetener.
5. Switch from sugar, agave, honey, or splenda to stevia or monk fruit.
