This has been an amazing year for me in the area of health and fitness. I began January 1, 2009 with the resolution to lose weight through exercise and eating healthy because I was tired of being overweight. Here’s what I did. I signed up for Ty’s Boot Camp (3 times throughout the year), I used his special cleanse multiple times and I changed my eating habits. The results have been fantastic! Just wanted to let you know that Carol and I did the cleansing for 7 days and during that time, she lost 10 lbs. and I lost 11 lbs. The program does work. And we are now working on taking off a few more lbs., but at least maintaining what we have taken off.
The Background training Ty has as a US Marine immediately developed a sense of pride in me as I began the Boot Camp experience. The professional enthusiasm and motivational skills he displays made attending his boot camp the experience of a lifetime.
The fatigue and physical pain was quickly forgotten as the pride and exhilaration developed each day leaving the training sessions. Mission Accomplished!
I was very skeptical when I began Ty’s 9 Day Candida Cleanse. I figured I would be very hungry and lethargic like I had experienced with other cleanses. To my surprise after day 3 I found I had more energy and more focus. What was most surprising was that I was not hungry.
